Intention ..

 

my intentions for today: 
1) to honor my truth with continued self care  
 2) to reach out to a loved one by phone, and be in tune with there needs
3) to simply be

  Setting daily intentions will have help you live in harmony with your own truth. Have you ever taken notice to the fact that when you are at peace, the world around you is at peace as well... its amazing to me that we create our own reality in life with each moment, and can create a sense of hell or heaven on earth in our minds eye. As a part of my growth on this journey called life, i’ve started incorportating writing down my daily intention and top priorities in the morning, and doing a grounding meditation after thanking god for the new day. I focus the intention around self love and a willingness to be of service in life. i’ll take a cleansing breathe, clear my mind, and write something simple down that is on my heart as my intention. It helps align me with the new day and ground me in where im headed. It can be as seemingly simple as to just breathe when a sense of peace is needed in my life. There no wrong way to discover and decide on your daily intention. 

  I feel that intention combined with a willingness to act on them is a powerful combination. If you intend to stay healthy to the best of your ability with the knowledge you have currently , that intention begins in the mind and with putting healthy thoughts in your mind. That is because what we think about becomes the truth for us. So for example When you begin your day looking in the mirror saying i am healthy and beautiful, this helps to program your mind to be on a healthy path. the more genuinely you begin to feel your words.. the more aboe you are to live and embody them. having a sense of self love has a huge impact of the quality of life you live. Your then more likely to believe that you are worth feeling and living healthy within the mind body and spirit. This includes what you put in your body food wise, and the words you use to talk about your life. Talking in a grateful way .. with an attitude of gratitude is always so life changing. That is why i intentionally ask my family and friends what they are grateful for and share with them even one thing that i am grateful for. The attitude of gratitude gets ingrained in the mind over time, and we could all use that dose of positivity. Even  if you feel yourself tired or frustrated which is only human, you have the power to change the channel and think of or look to your gratitude list.
